RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide pre-sales support / consultation, responding to customer support requests and queries in a timely and accurate manner
Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems, and applying the best solutions to resolve technical issues
Providing technical assistance for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
Creating technical documentation and manuals to assist other team members and users
Support on new product certifications and renewals
Provide support on company's Warranty Entitlement and Claim system
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, I.T., engineering or equivalent
Min. 3-5 years hands on experience.
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking issues.
