Technical Support Engineer (IT/East)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via on-site visits, phone, WhatsApp, and email
• Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
• Escalate and coordinate technical issues with vendors
• Conduct product training and demonstrations for clients and users
• Support internal product repairs and training activities

Job Requirements

• Min diploma in Electrical, Electronic Engineering, IT, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant technical support experience
• Strong troubleshooting ability, good presentation and written communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
