Position Summary
We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide end-to-end technical solutions and support to global clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in process filtration technologies and experience in pre-sales engineering across at least two of our core industries. This role will collaborate closely with sales, R&D, and product management teams to ensure customer success from concept to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end technical solutions for global clients in Chemicals, Semiconductors, Pharmaceuticals, and Food & Beverage.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their technical needs, process parameters, and operational challenges.
- Prepare and present technical proposals, system designs, product specifications, and performance simulations.
- Conduct product and application training for internal teams, channel partners, and customers.
- Support global sales teams during customer meetings, trials, and technical reviews.
- Interface with R&D and product management to communicate customer feedback and support product development.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in filtration and separation.
Qualifications
- Degree in Chemical, Materials, or Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical pre-sales or application engineering for process filtration technologies.
- Expertise in at least 2 years of experience in the following industries: Chemicals, Semiconductors, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage.
- Strong understanding of filtration principles, membrane/separation technologies, and process integration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with global clients and cross-functional internal teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
