Position: Technical Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
. Assist the sales team with technical support and pre-sales inquiries
. Provide technical support and solutions to customers
. Conduct product testing to better understand product features and performance
. Provide product training to internal staff and customers
. Handle after-sales technical support including troubleshooting and warranty claims
Requirements:
. Bachelor's or above in Engineering or related fields
. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
. Able to translate technical knowledge into practical solutions
. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
. Experience in related industry will be an advantage
. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
