Technical Superintendent
Working Days: 5 Day A week
Working hours: 8:00am-5:45pm
Working Location: West
Salary: $3500 - $4500 (Depends on experience)
Company transport will be provided for employees who opt for the 8:00am - 5:45pm working hours.
Morning pick-up is available island-wide, while evening drop-off points are limited to Clementi MRT and Jurong East MRT.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and oversee all vessel maintenance, repairs, and dry-docking activities.
- Monitor vessel performance trends and implement corrective measures to optimise operational efficiency.
- Ensure all equipment and vessels are properly maintained and compliant with required standards.
- Maintain and update technical manuals, drawings, and other relevant technical documentation.
- Coordinate with vessels and internal departments on the procurement and supply of spares, stores, and external contractor services.
- Support and participate in ad hoc projects assigned by the General Manager.
Requirement:
- Diploma in Marine Engineering or a related field (maritime or engineering disciplines preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the marine or shipyard industry, preferably in a similar technical role.
