About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Subject Matter Expert to join our Corporate Banking Technology team, with a focus on Salesforce CRM (Financial Services Cloud). In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and enhancement of CRM solutions, supporting business needs through technology enablement. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant Salesforce solutions within a dynamic banking environment. This role is suited for individuals with a strong combination of technical expertise and functional understanding of CRM processes. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and enhancement of CRM solutions, supporting business needs through technology enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Analyse, design, and implement technology solutions for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Tableau BI dashboards in alignment with business requirements
  • Provide subject matter expertise in Salesforce CRM technologies and related solutions
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify system enhancements and support integration with existing banking systems
  • Review and optimise Salesforce workflows and processes to improve efficiency and support risk management practices
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and vendors
  • Conduct training sessions to support effective system usage among stakeholders
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments relevant to CRM systems and financial services
  • Facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment of system requirements
  • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and provide post implementation support
  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure appropriate security controls are implemented

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Finance, or related discipline
  • Relevant experience in a technical leadership or specialist role within the banking or financial services sector

Required Skills

  • Hands on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Tableau dashboard development
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management practices within financial services
  • Experience in project delivery, with the ability to manage initiatives from planning through execution
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute in a fast-paced work environment
