Technical Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Installation, troubleshooting, repair service and maintenance for Chamber, Oven, Chiller & Semiconductor Testing equipment.

• Provide Technical Support in the field.

• Prepare onsite for service schedules within budgets.

• Create and execute work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the after sales service.

• Prepare progress reports, risk assessments and client updates.

• Manage sub-contractor and ensure work compliance with specifications.

• Carry out assembly, integration, and basic testing of in-house equipment in accordance with engineering drawings and SOPs.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

Job Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma or equivalent in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronic with relevant experience.

• Prior experience with electrical and electronics work will be an additional advantage.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Good communication skills.
