Technical Specialist (Carpark & Property Sales Systems) for our client in Singapore

Responsibilities

• Provide technical ownership and operational support for property car park systems and property sales systems across assigned assets
• Manage system configuration, enhancements, integrations, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders on system delivery, maintenance, and upgrades
• Support day-to-day operations including incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
• Plan and conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new implementations and enhancements
• Monitor system performance, availability, and compliance with operational and security standards
• Maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configurations, workflows, and SOPs
• Support reporting, data accuracy, access control, and audit requirements
• Identify opportunities for system optimisation, automation, and standardisation across properties
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support operations and digital initiatives

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3+ years relevant experience supporting car park systems, access control, or property technology platforms
• Strong understanding of system architecture, hardwaresoftware integration, and vendor-managed solutions
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and external service providers
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced operational environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
