Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and perform benchmarking and analysis to support engineering solutions
- Assist in installation, setup, and demonstration of products for customers, events, and exhibitions
- Support presales activities by understanding customer requirements and proposing suitable solutions
- Develop and implement solutions for machine vision and automation-related applications
- Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to deliver effective technical solutions
- Conduct product training sessions and workshops for customers (beginner to intermediate level)
- Evaluate software and systems to ensure best practices are applied
- Support application development and expand use cases for assigned product groups
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Relevant experience in technical support, presales, or machine vision/automation environment preferred
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in customer-facing roles or technical support is an advantage
- Familiarity with industrial automation, robotics, or machine vision systems is a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel within the region when required
