Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Technology Expert, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales cycle and driving business growth. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the sales team, executing Proof of Concepts (PoCs), providing professional technical responses to customers, and representing our products and brands at various events.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team throughout the entire sales cycle by providing technical expertise and support.

. Execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase the capabilities of our products, ensuring client confidence and acceptance.

. Respond to customers technical inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

. Represent our products, company values, and brands to customers and at events such as tradeshows, conferences, and seminars.

. Maintain a good understanding of the systems and technologies available in the market and develop proposals for the customers.

. Provide support for both pre and post-sales technical queries from customers.

. Work with Security Surveillance products, Passive Optical LAN (POL) products (such as GPON and/or XGS-PON), Networking Products (Wired/Wireless), IT Infrastructure products (such as Micro Data Centre), Access Control Systems, and other relevant technologies.

. Offer technical support and solutions to the sales team and partners to drive successful sales outcomes.

. Analyze partners needs and requirements, and demonstrate how our company solutions can provide value and support to their end users.

. Address partner's questions regarding product functionality, integration, and usage, and resolve pre-sales support problems.

. Provide technical consultation and knowledge transfer to sales staff, trainers, and product support teams.

. Assist in preparing technical responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

. Collaborate with the sales team to strategize sales approaches and develop effective customer engagement strategies.

. Maintain extensive knowledge of complex aspects of our products and systems, and deliver presentations and demonstrations virtually or at client sites.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Min Diploma in Information Technology and/or 3 years relevant field (e.g., presales or sales engineering role)

. Proven experience in a technical sales role or similar position.

. Strong technical background with expertise in IP networks especially large systems setup for Surveillance, Passive Optical Networks (GPON/XGS-PON) , Access Control Systems, etc.

. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

. Ability to effectively explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

. Experience in executing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and providing technical support.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

. Flexibility to travel to client sites and attend events as needed.
