Morgan McKinley is hiring to join our Global Operations (GO) organization that helps businesses through scaled service delivery & operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical contact for our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Develop deep expertise in our advertising solutions, providing strategic consultation to clients on best practices and customized setups.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the implementation and optimization of advertising products, including signals, measurement, delivery, and all related advertising tools.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams to address client challenges, prioritize technical support tasks, and develop tailored market or vertical-specific plans.
- Manage a high volume of support cases, focusing on customer satisfaction (CSAT), resolution speed, and case-related KPIs.
- Act as the technical support resource for Client Solutions Managers, Account Managers, and Partner Managers.
- Handle inbound requests from the sales team across all advertising products, covering both in-market and scaled markets.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of advertising products, quickly unblocking technical challenges to ensure campaign success.
- Participate in weekly team sharing sessions to discuss learnings, troubleshoot complex issues, and improve collective knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Digital Advertising and/or Technology industries.
- Solid understanding of the Advertising Technology ecosystem.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting advertising technologies such as pixels, ad servers, auctions, and delivery mechanisms.
- Working knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols.
- Experience working with SQL databases and RESTful APIs.
