The company is rapidly expanding, driven by new integration projects across major Singapore healthcare clusters. This is a hands-on role designed to fill the technical gap between product theory and live customer implementation. You will move beyond coordination to actively manage technical delivery, setup, and support.

about the job

• Actively perform server setup, network configuration, and equipment deployment for demonstration environments and customer project go-lives.
• Manage the end-to-end integration of medical devices and IT solutions within hospital systems. Conduct thorough UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide technical validation.
• Act as the technical face of the company, managing interactions and demanding high performance from external vendors to meet customer specifications. Your goal is to react quickly and effectively to customer requests based on a strong understanding of the vendor/customer dynamic.
• Participate in the 24/7 standby rotation to ensure immediate response to critical incidents, particularly during peak hospital usage. The ability to quickly make certain decisions under pressure is essential.
• Support the full project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the project schedule and technical requirements under the oversight of a senior manager.

skills and experience required
Practical experience handling healthcare solutions from the vendor or service provider side (e.g., in a hospital deployment or biomedical engineering role).

Proven real-world experience in IT integration. Must be comfortable setting up network, application, and web server configurations and troubleshooting physical equipment for demos.

Relevant experience in healthcare equipment or solution deployment. Familiarity with integration standards (HL7, DICOM) is a strong advantage.

No coding required, but an understanding of coding logic or scripting is a plus.
