Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Services Manager based in Singapore. Responsibilities include overseeing technical services, providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the consistent delivery of excellent customer service. Additionally, the Technical Services Manager will train team members and clients, liaise with key stakeholders, and ensure compliance with aviation industry regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Technical Services and providing technical support for aircraft operations
  • Proficiency in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues effectively
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Experience delivering training and knowledge sharing within teams and to clients
  • Solid understanding of aviation industry standards, regulations, and CAMO practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid working environment
  • Plan the scheduled maintenance, obtain quotations and recommend MROs to the client
  • Coordinate the AOG response for the managed aircraft
  • Assess Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives
  • Validate and dispute MRO invoices
  • Bachelor's degree in Aviation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in aircraft maintenance, PPI, or aircraft management is an asset
