About Our Client
A leading organization in the lifesciences sector is seeking a dynamic Technical Service Manager to drive highperformance service operations for specialised decontamination and biocontainment equipment.
Job Description
- Deliver a consistent, highquality customer experience across service sites, distributors and regional operations.
- Lead installation, qualification, validation, servicing, repair and calibration of advanced lifescience decontamination systems.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex service issues, customer claims and complaints.
- Lead, coach and develop service engineers and customer service teams with a focus on performance, capability building and technical excellence.
- Plan and optimise service resources to meet customer expectations, operational requirements, and safety standards.
- Oversee hydrogen peroxide filling operations and collaborate with global and regional supply chain teams.
- Analyse customer insights, field data, and service performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
- 8-10+ years of progressive experience in customer service operations, technical service or field service within a regulated, lifesciences or technical environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong technical understanding of electromechanical systems, with added advantage for PLCs, HMIs, or control systems.
- Excellent communication, decisionmaking and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experience in calibration, pressure testing, HEPA filtration testing or contamination control technologies will be added advantage
