Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Semiconductor industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Technical Service Engineer as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the R&D Engineering Manager.
THE ROLE
The Technical Service Engineer is responsible for:
- Maintain and service vacuum pumps, gas delivery systems, and related lab infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and semiconductor industry protocols.
- Collaborate with process engineers to support R&D and production needs.
REQUIREMENTS- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Proven experience with pumps, gas handling, and semiconductor lab systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
