Technical Service Adviser

Responsibilities:

• Administer all documentation pertaining to costing, repair quotation and vehicle history files.
• Assist customers in checking-in and out of their vehicles from the workshop.
• Attend phone calls, emails, and drive-ins to address any customer concern.
• Conduct transactions with system walk customer through correction(s) and provide summary.
• Communicate estimated completion time, regular updates and follow through on each customer vehicle.
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, meet deadlines, and perform detailed daily record keeping and reporting.
• Parts ordering and inventory.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the company.

Requirement:

• 2 years of experience working in an automotive related industry preferred.
• Possess a Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Strong team player & problem solver.
