Job Summary
To introduce a junior Technical Sales & Support Executive to support sales, service, and marketing activities by preparing quotations, following up with customers, and coordinating with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations, sales documents, and proposal materials aligned with customer requirements to support sales processes
- Follow up proactively with customers on sales enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery status to ensure timely communication and order fulfillment
- Support service sales by preparing service quotations, handling maintenance support requests, managing spare parts enquiries, and maintaining customer follow-up
- Coordinate effectively with engineering, service, and operations teams to gather technical and commercial information for customer proposals and internal reporting
- Maintain and update customer records, quotation tracking, and sales follow-up reports to ensure data accuracy and support sales forecasting
- Assist in basic marketing activities by preparing product information, updating presentation materials, and supporting exhibition or customer visit preparations
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer enquiries to enhance customer experience and build trust
- Continuously learn and develop knowledge of the company's technical products, including automation systems, semiconductor equipment, and test solutions
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (as stated under Requirements)
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic technical understanding of automation, electronics, mechanical, electrical, or semiconductor-related products
