Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets and key accounts
- Provide technical consultation and solution proposals to customers based on their requirements
- Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery
- Prepare and present technical proposals,quotations, and cost breakdowns
- Support customers throughout the projectlifecycle-from initial concept to mass production
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions with clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Participate in negotiations, contract discussions, and project execution planning
Preferred Skills
- Experience in electronics manufacturing, battery systems, or industrial solutions
- Familiarity with BOM costing, product design, or supply chain processes
- Experience working with regional or international customers
- Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related field)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, application engineering, or project engineering
- Strong understanding of engineering concepts, manufacturing processes, or electronic components (preferred)
- Energetic, proactive, and results-driven personality
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions effectively
- Strong problem-solving and customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel when required
