Job Description:
We are looking for a committed and experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead and support our sales team for structured cabling, data centre, fibre optic, and surveillance projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales and technical team to drive project acquisition and revenue growth.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and propose ICT/ELV solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Present technical solutions and attend client meetings/site visits.
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with expectations.
- Monitor market developments and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunications, IT, or related).
- Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience (preferably in ICT/ELV projects).
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Good knowledge of network systems, structured cabling, fibre optics, CCTV.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (optional), and CRM tools.
