Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the power generation, marine, and oil & gas industries.
  • Source and monitor tender opportunities from government portals and industry platforms such as GeBIZ Singapore Government Procurement Portal.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Work closely with internal technical and procurement teams to support project requirements.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and potential project opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends.
  • Attend meetings, client visits, and site discussions when required.
  • Familiarity with industrial equipment such as valves, instrumentation, mechanical components, or engineering equipment.
  • Knowledge of tender portals and procurement procedures.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in engineering trading, industrial supply, or project sales will be an advantage.
  • Exposure to industries such as power plants, marine, or oil & gas is preferred.
  • Experience in tender submission and government procurement processes will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.
  • Must have own vehicle / transport to travel for client visits, meetings, and site appointments.
