Job Summary
CitiSafe seeks a committed Technical Sales Executive to drive business growth across key markets by qualifying leads, delivering product demonstrations, preparing technical quotations, and building long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities for current and new products within the Oil & Gas, Commercial/Lab, Marine, Environmental, and Industrial markets to expand company presence and revenue
- Analyze market trends, identify gaps, assess competitor activities, and uncover opportunities to inform strategic sales approaches
- Generate demand for company products by conducting sales visits, delivering technical training demonstrations, and collaborating on joint sales calls with partners
- Provide technical training to customers and sales channel partners to support sales effectiveness
- Represent the company at trade shows
- Prepare accurate and detailed technical quotations and sales proposals to support customer decision-making and close sales
- Consistently deliver high-quality work standards to maintain customer satisfaction and company reputation
- Achieve or exceed pre-determined revenue targets through proactive sales activities and customer management
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Technical education or relevant industry experience to support understanding of product applications and customer needs
- Demonstrated interpersonal, written communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage customers and internal teams
- 2+ years of relevant industry experience with familiarity in sales cycle management and sales reporting to drive sales processes
- Customer-oriented approach with experience managing relationships to foster trust and loyalty
- Basic knowledge of chemistry, electrical circuits, and wiring to support technical discussions and product demonstrations
- Self-driven and proactive team player who takes initiative and collaborates effectively
- Possession of a Class 3 driving license, preferably with own vehicle, to facilitate customer visits and field activities

- Salary: Attractive Remuneration + AWS + Variable Bonus + Permanent Benefits
- Location: North (Woodlands)
- Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday
- Remuneration includes basic wage plus incentives, medical insurance plan, 13th month bonus, and car allowance
