Technical Sales Executive

CG Group is calling out Aspire Interior Designer to take on Technical Sales Executive specializing in A&A, Renovation and fitting out works in the construction industry.

• Prepare 3D drawing, material BQ, moodboard to submit to clients.
• Knowledge in Builder works in Renovation, M&E, A&A works regulation.
• Responsible in engaging dialogue with client, follow up contract and quotation with clients for closing.
• Liaise, coordinate between supplier / subcontractor to execute project including supervision.
• Be meticulous in details, client feedback, problem solving.
• After sales service follow up visit to review on customer satisfactory.
• Prefer self-own transport.
• Possess existing clients tele contact (if any)
• Assist in other duties direct by Director.
• Selected candidate will be spearhead this department to growth with company.

Benefit:-

a) $1,800 Basic salary + 2% commission on awarded contract regardless the size of the contract.

b) Company petrol card capped at $500 per month will be issued to selected candidate.

c) 3 months probation period.

Education:-

Technical trade in M&E, Builders regulation.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years with successful track record secure of construction project in renovation.

Successful candidate will report directly to group Chief Executive Officer on sales approach and sales report.
