Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Support for business development activities. Build networks, cultivate business relationships with customers and business partners, to identify business opportunities in Singapore and ASEAN region.
- Support Sales Manager to develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets, acquiring new customers and establishing relationships.
- Conducts due diligence and make proposals for prospective business partners and solutions.
- Conduct market research and relevant analysis (example 3C) to have a better grasp on market and for decision-making purposes.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand customers challenges and recommend suitable solutions.
- Assist in managing the entire sales cycle, including proposal preparation, pricing, negotiation, and contract finalization.
Technical Solution & Collaboration
- Providing pre-sales technical support/expertise to assist sales effort
- Deliver in-depth presentations and product demonstrations to customers.
- On-site support for robotic or automation project deployment.
- Support customers for after-sales activities.
- Provides technical direction for system repair and maintenance.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics and/or Business or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of sales/business development experience, preferably in robotics, automation, or industrial solutions.
- Strong understanding of robotic applications (e.g., mobile robots, robotic arms, automation integration).
- Technical acumen with the ability to bridge client needs and engineering solutions.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on long-term partnerships.
- Proven knowledge and execution power to bring successful development strategies.
- Knowledge of the latest market and business trends is also imperative while developing business strategies to penetrate the new market.
- Data analytics skill for decision making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Overseas travel may be necessary from time to time to support business requirements.
