Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Sales Engineer, connecting advanced technology with clients to drive business growth and deliver innovative solutions in surveying and engineering sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by building and maintaining relationships with potential clients to expand market reach.
  • Deliver engaging presentations that effectively showcase product features and solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, regularly updating business approaches to achieve growth targets.
  • Monitor industry trends and product developments to inform and update internal teams on new technologies and features.
  • Lead sales visits and manage proposal preparation to present tailored product solutions, ensuring smooth contract negotiations and successful deal closures.
  • Design and implement account growth strategies to nurture existing client relationships and attract new business.
  • Consistently work towards and exceed sales quotas by actively participating in annual and periodic budget planning exercises.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Diploma or Higher Nitec in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience within the Construction industry.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
