Masstron Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based engineering company providing fiber optic products and customised communication solutions for industrial sectors.
We are looking for a TechnicalSales Engineer to support and grow our business through solution-based selling, working closely with engineers, project teams, and customers in the industry.
This role is suitable for candidates with technical or engineering experience who are interested in a performance-driven role with commission incentives, while remaining closely involved with engineering solutions and long-term customer relationships.
Engage customers to understand technical and operational requirements
Promote fiber optic products and customized communication solutions
Participate in technical discussions, customer meetings, and site visits
Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic technical documentation
Coordinate with internal engineering and operations teams
Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and ongoing projects
Develop and maintain long-term customer accounts
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field
3-8 years of relevant working experience
(engineering, technical support, project coordination, system integration, or similar roles)
Comfortable communicating with engineers and technical stakeholders
Willingness to learn sales, negotiation, and account development skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Base Salary + Commission
