Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
- Develop and present technical product specifications to architects, consultants, and main contractors.
- Provide expert advice on product applications and performance to support client decision-making.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistent communication and trust.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet project-specific requirements.
- Conduct site visits and technical presentations to educate stakeholders on product benefits.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project specifications, and sales activities.
Key Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in civil engineering, construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or specification handling within the construction industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage professionals across various levels.
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car.
- Friendly, confident, and a team player with a strong sense of accountability and drive.
