TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist Sales in demonstrating capabilities of ACE6 Technology products during Proof Of Concept / product demonstration to potential customers
- Act as in-house consultants to customers in the usage of ACE6 Technology products
- Assist customers in troubleshooting products should the need arise
- Conduct training for customers and potential customers on usage of products
- Liaising with R&D, Sales, external vendors to gain knowledge of new developments within field
- Provide solutions to current and prospective projects
- To assist in conceptualization and product planning for exhibitions & trade shows
- To stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that complements ACE6 Technology products
REQUIREMENTS
- Basic computer networking and/or radio frequency knowledge (Preferred)
- Ability to react and work in occasional stressful environments
- Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
- Comfortable in conducting technical presentations to small and larger groups of audience
- Comfortable working for a fast-growing dynamic technical organisation
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Willing to travel on short notice and/or to less developed countries
