Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales and customers to understand requirements and recommend the right products and engineering solutions.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, troubleshooting and engineering recommendations.
- Engage with customers engineering and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues and identify improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and customer training.
- Manage engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Collaborate with international principals, suppliers and internal technical teams to develop solutions and resolve technical issues.
- Research industry trends and identify new products, technologies and business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and principals.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience in Technical Sales, Application Engineering, Technical Support or Project Engineering preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience in steam-related products systems is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to translate technical requirements into practical solutions.
- Confident in technical presentations and working with customers and suppliers.
- Proactive, commercially minded and eager to learn.
