Job Description

Pre-requistion:-

  • Possess minimum Diploma In Business, Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • >3 years of hiring in-house or agency recruiting experience
  • Proven track records of hiring technical functions
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and able to deliver under pressure
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as a team player
  • Able to interact with all levels, internally and externally in a professional and responsive manner
  • Meticulous and attentive to details
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Diplomatic, discrete and able to keep confidentiality at all times

Job Description:

  • Manage full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Develop sourcing strategies across job portals, Linkedin, referrals, and direct reachout.
  • Participate and render support in campus recruitment, career fairs etc.
  • Partner with hiring managers to undestand hiring needs, job scopes, timelines
  • Build and maintian talent pipieslines for current and future roles
  • Collate statistics and compile reports for analysis and improvement measures
  • Deliver a positive, professional candidate journey from first contact to onboarding.
  • Maintain ATS data accuracy and recruitment documentation.
