Job Description

  • End to end recruitment lifecycle, focusing on technical hires.
  • Actively source and engage prospective candidates while effectively pitching and positioning the organisation and opportunities
  • Partner closely with Talent Operations, Recruitment Marketing and internal stakeholders to continuously enhance hiring practices and candidate experience
  • Utilise the ATS (Greenhouse), integrated with data, delivery and HR platforms, to ensure a seamless recruitment process while maintaining accurate data and adherence to established processes
  • Collaborate with communities and recruitment operations teams to ensure smooth interview coordination and proactive resolution of hiring challenges
  • Leverage recruitment data and market insights to improve productivity and support stakeholders in informed decision-making
  • Drive a positive candidate experience through storytelling, process improvements, data-driven insights and creative engagement strategies
  • Represent the organisation as a brand ambassador by delivering meaningful candidate interactions aligned with company branding and values

The Successful Applicant

  • Has 3-5 years of recruitment experience from relevant industry
  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with experience in direct sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn and other recruitment channels
  • Ability to identify key candidate motivators and effectively influence stakeholders to achieve alignment on hiring decisions
  • Experience managing and building strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in recruitment data, reporting and insights
  • Good understanding of talent market trends and ability to conduct basic recruitment market analysis
  • Strong business acumen, stakeholder management and organisation skills
  • Proficient in MS office and ATS Greenhouse
