Job Description

Drive end‑to‑end technical bids for counter‑UAS solutions, aligning sales, engineering, risk analysis, and compliance to win contracts.

Your tasks

  • Prepare and develop technical proposals for counter-drone systems, including detection, tracking, identification, and mitigation solutions
  • Analyse tender documents and manage end-to-end bid submissions in accordance with internal governance and compliance processes
  • Work closely with Sales to understand mission requirements, threat scenarios, and operational constraints
  • Evaluate and propose suitable solutions ensuring feasibility and integration compatibility
  • Coordinate with engineering, product, and partners to define system architecture and configurations
  • Identify risks, assumptions, and gaps in customer requirements and propose practical mitigation strategies
  • Manage bid schedules, documentation quality, and submission readiness
  • Support technical clarifications, presentations, and customer discussions during the bid phase
  • Lead handover to engineering and project delivery teams upon award, ensuring full alignment on scope and solution

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Communications, Aerospace, or related field)
  • 2–5 years of experience in technical proposals, pre-sales, tendering, or system engineering
  • Basic understanding of counter-drone technologies (e.g. RF detection, radar, EO/IR systems, jamming concepts)
  • Ability to assess what solutions are viable vs. not feasible in real-world deployments
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing structured technical documents
  • Ability to manage multiple bids under tight timelines.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice to support customer engagement and preparation of bids
