Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, scope management, resource allocation, budget tracking, execution, and deployment.
- Drive Agile project governance, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, release planning, and SDLC/SSDLC compliance.
- Collaborate with solution architects, infrastructure teams, security teams, and application development teams to manage technical dependencies and solution delivery.
- Manage stakeholder communications, steering committee updates, vendor coordination, and status reporting.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with banking regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, production deployment, cutover activities, and post-implementation reviews.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 9 years of experience managing technology projects within Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or large enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid Waterfall-Agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing projects involving:
Core banking platforms and enterprise integrations
Microservices architecture and REST API integrations
- DevOps and CI/CD practices
Cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP
Application security and infrastructure governance
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
