About the Role:

We are seeking a high caliber to join as a Technical Project Manager to maintain current applications and to actively develop, identify and execute identify new opportunities as we design, develop tools that enhance the Corporate Systems Ecosystem comprising of Finance, Procurement, Human Resource. Partnering with Project Managers, Business analysts and Engineering, you will tackle our existing and new impactful problems, influencing the overall area's strategy for both the short and long term.

Your Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and oversee a small team on multiple projects including system enhancements and Proof of concept experimentation.
  • Oversee a small team across project execution, governance, risk, audit, security, and compliance (financial and procurement) for existing systems.
  • Manage stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Work with Govtech Techstack products and procedures i.e. Ship/hats, Authentication products, Hosting environments GCC, IM8, SaaS
  • Drive senior user engagements and recommend suitable solutions to address user problem statements with product mindset.

Key Skills and Attributes for Success:

  • 6+ years of project management experience, with proven delivery of technology or system implementation projects
  • Strong track record in managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Experience in government or GovTech environments is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with government tech stack (e.g., SHIPS/HATS, authentication tools, GCC, IM8, SaaS platforms)
  • Exposure to emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Microsoft Power Platform, SaaS solutions) with a product mindset
  • Strong communication skills (written and presentation) with the ability to influence and drive alignment
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes independently
  • Domain knowledge in Finance, Procurement, HR, or Knowledge Management systems is a plus
  • Experience in digital transformation or AI initiatives within government systems is advantageous
  • Comfortable with 12 months contract assignment.
