Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (or Business Analyst with strong PM experience) to drive large-scale infrastructure and End-User Computing (EUC) initiatives within the public sector.

This role is the critical link between the end-client and internal technical squads. You will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of modern digital solutions that directly impact educational environments, specifically focusing on EUC rollouts and infrastructure enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Orchestration: Drive the end-to-end lifecycle between the client and internal technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• Pre-Sales & PoC Support: Facilitate and lead Pre-Sales activities, Proof of Concepts (PoC), and the initial solutioning phases.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary interface for the client manage expectations, follow up on deliverables, and provide project transparency.

• Internal Leadership: Drive internal technical teams to meet project milestones across Cloud, Security, Networking, and Infrastructure domains.

• Project Documentation: Own the creation and management of comprehensive requirement documents and project roadmaps.

Requirements

• Technical Familiarity: You do not need to perform the hands-on technical work, but you must be able to speak the language of EUC, Cloud, and Networking to drive the process.

• The Driver Mindset: A proactive approach to pushing projects forward and navigating roadblocks between different departments.

• Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex client needs into actionable technical requirements.

• Experience: Proven track record in managing large-scale public sector projects or enterprise-wide rollouts.
