Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong background in managing ServiceNow-related projects, application monitoring platforms, and observability initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent project management skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and a strong understanding of IT operations, monitoring tools, and service management processes.

This role requires a technically inclined project manager who can effectively coordinate cross-functional teams, drive project execution, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of monitoring and observability solutions.

Candidates with only application implementation management experience without exposure to ServiceNow, monitoring, or observability platforms will not be suitable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow, monitoring, and observability projects.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements.
  • Manage project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure, application, operations, security, and business teams.
  • Drive implementation and enhancement initiatives related to:
  • ServiceNow
  • Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
  • Infrastructure Monitoring
  • Observability Platforms
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status reviews, and steering committee updates.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes, change management, and governance standards.
  • Manage vendor and third-party relationships where applicable.
  • Monitor project KPIs and service performance metrics.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across monitoring and service management functions.
