Role Description:
Expect someone with strong experience on running cross tech delivery programs / projects with Corporate banking experience preferred.
- Tech Integration Planning & Governance: Own endtoend planning and delivery of all system integrations within scope (internal and vendorled). Establish integration governance, milestones, and dependency tracking across workstreams. Lead integration working groups with multiple internal Barclays teams and drive alignment across Technology, Product, Operations, and Vendors.
- Delivery & Execution: Coordinate design, build, testing, and cutover activities for all integrations along with close handshake with architecture teams. Ensure integration readiness across environments (SIT, UAT, PreProd, Prod). Track delivery against committed milestones; proactively manage risks, issues, and interdependencies.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate across platform teams, Corp Tech, product owners, and external vendors. Escalate risks and decisions as required.
- Reporting & Controls: Provide clear, accurate status reporting on integration progress, risks, and dependencies. Maintain traceability across requirements, design, testing, and delivery outcomes. Ensure adherence to agreed delivery standards, controls, and regulatory expectations.
