Responsibilities and Requirements
Mandatory:
- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog management, risk tracking, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, infra, security) to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, communication reports, RAID logs, and governance updates.
- Act as the primary onsite contact for clients, ensuring clear, proactive communication and expectation management.
- Minimum 7 - 8 Years of relevant technical project management experience
Good To Have:
- Engage in BPR workshops, requirement validation, and alignment for modular, workflow-driven platforms
- Oversee integrations with national systems, identity providers, and finance platforms as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with security-by-design, data protection, and audit requirements throughout the lifecycle.
- Support coordination of multi-zone deployment, DevSecOps pipelines, and high-availability architecture reviews.
