Onsite Project Manager to work directly with customer mainly in Singapore, and remote/offshore development teams.
Lead multiple teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, in scope and delight the customers
Analyze clients requirements and work out strategic planning, Develop program strategies and goals which match with the strategic and product roadmap of customer.
Coordinate and organize project activities to deliver working software to production, aligning with the product roadmap.
Main coordination and escalation point for the team
Manage project development and implementation. Manage the project schedule and track activities to successful delivery.
Manage the delivery process and ensure all project documentations are filed and kept.
Manage project risks and dependencies, recommending workaround solutions to customers to meet delivery timelines.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Valid PMP certification with at least 7 years of experience in a Project Manager role, including a minimum of 3 years in Digital Transformation projects/programs.
Proficient in Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP).
Experienced in process change and adoption across technical delivery teams.
Familiar with Enterprise Integration and Application Design patterns.
Skilled in scheduling and tracking using open-source tools (e.g., JIRA and Confluence).
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, including onsite/offshore communication.
Excellent communication skills.
Customer-facing experience is a must.
Experience in Healthcare or AI/AR projects/programs in healthcare is a plus.
