Technical Project Manager – Data Centre Cooling

KoolLogix Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based technology company specializing in advanced data centre cooling and thermal management solutions. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a technically strong and hands-on Project Manager to support our growing projects across Singapore and the ASEAN region.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage end-to-end project execution for data centre cooling and thermal management projects

. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

. Monitor project schedules, site progress, project documentation, and deliverables

. Review technical drawings, specifications, and project requirements

. Support technical discussions, troubleshooting, commissioning, and site coordination

. Manage project risks, variation orders, and timeline control

. Ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction

. Support regional projects and occasional overseas travel when required

Requirements

. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:

. ACMV / HVAC systems

. Data centre cooling

. Thermal management systems

. M&E or mission-critical infrastructure projects

. Able to understand mechanical drawings and technical specifications

. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

. Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

. Comfortable working in both office and site environments
