We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join a leading global trading firm that specializes in quantitative strategies and cutting-edge technology. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment where technology and finance intersect.
About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of software and hardware-driven projects. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery, manage risks, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage scope, timelines, and deliverables for technical projects.
- Develop and track project objectives, milestones, and resources.
- Identify and mitigate risks, escalate issues, and resolve anomalies.
- Gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders and document them effectively.
- Maintain accurate project documentation using tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
- Coordinate between technology teams to align on standards and processes.
- Oversee mandatory market updates and compliance changes from exchanges.
- Plan and coordinate activities for data center operations, hardware installations, and network/server configurations.
- Build strong client relationships and manage expectations.
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of total experience, including 2-3 years in project management within the financial domain.
- Knowledge of financial markets; exposure to crypto exchanges is a plus.
- Experience with infrastructure deployment and software development lifecycle.
- Understanding of data centers, servers, storage platforms, and networking concepts.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and build industry relationships.

- Quick learner, adaptable to changing priorities.
- Comfortable working independently and in teams.
- Willingness to travel internationally (not mandatory).
