We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Cloud Transformation, Infrastructure Modernization, Platform Engineering, and DevSecOps environments.

• Translate global cloud strategy into regional execution plans

• Drive cloud modernization across 10+ APAC countries

• Coordinate architecture, infrastructure, DevSecOps, and platform teams

• Manage governance, risks, dependencies, and delivery execution

• Build cost-conscious cloud adoption roadmaps aligned with refresh budgets

• Present implementation strategies to senior leadership and governance forums
