We are looking for a Technical Project Lead to drive delivery of Java-based applications on AWS cloud platforms within a banking environment. This role combines project leadership and hands-on technical involvement, working closely with developers, architects, and infrastructure teams to deliver secure and scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of application development and system integration projects
- Work with engineering teams on solution design, APIs, and cloud-based architecture (AWS)
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Support system deployment, environment setup, and release coordination
- Coordinate across teams including developers, DevOps, infrastructure, and vendors
- Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and performance requirements
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Prepare project documentation, status reporting, and stakeholder updates
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in IT project delivery with exposure to application development
- Working knowledge of Java-based systems, AWS cloud platform, REST APIs and system integration, and SQL databases
- Familiarity with deployment processes, environments, and infrastructure setup
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid SDLC environments
- Ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders
