Scope &Responsibilities
Project Delivery &Coordination
- Lead and coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of customer projects from initiation through go‑live and handover
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Coordinate activities across internal engineering teams
- Track project risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution
Customer Requirement Management
- Engage enterprise customers to understand business processes and technical requirements
- Translate customer requirements into clear technical and functional specifications
- Manage requirement changes and align expectations with customers and internal stakeholders
Technical Implementation
- Oversee system configuration, integration, deployment, and commissioning activities
- Support solution design reviews to ensure feasibility, performance, scalability, and security
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and deployment phases
Quality Assurance &Testing
- Define test scope, test plans, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering teams
- Coordinate and/or perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Ensure deliverables meet internal quality standards and customer expectations prior to go‑live
Commissioning & Go‑Live Support
- Lead go‑live readiness activities and commissioning checklists
- Provide hands‑on support during production rollout
- Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operational support
Post‑Implementation Support
- Provide post‑deployment technical support and issue resolution for assigned customers
- Work with internal teams to conduct root cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes
- Support continuous improvement by feeding customer insights back to product and engineering teams
Stakeholder Communication& Reporting
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during project execution
- Provide regular status updates, documentation, and reports to stakeholders
- Clearly communicate technical concepts, risks, and progress to both technical and non‑technical
