Job Description

At least 15+ Years of experience
Two or more years of experience in an upper-management role, preferably in program management
Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
Experience in managing stakeholders and delivering the projects successfully.
Strong experience in initiating & migrating the cloud transformation projects.
Outstanding knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
Strong working knowledge of ERP software's like PeopleSoft Financials & HR, SAP HANA
Strong Experience in implanting & managing enterprise-wide applications like SharePoint, Digital Signature & RPA
Experience in managing the department's budget & Vendors / Customers
