The Role
We're seeking a Technical Program Manager in Singapore to lead complex, cross-functional technical programs across our engineering organization. You'll drive delivery of critical initiatives while building strong alignment between engineering, product, and business teams.
What You'll Do
Program Delivery
(40%)
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams
- Define program scope, success metrics, and deliverables with senior leadership
- Develop roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans while proactively managing dependencies and risks
- Monitor progress and provide regular executive updates
Stakeholder Management
(25%)
- Serve as the central point of contact for program stakeholders across the organization
- Build strong relationships with engineering teams, product managers, and business leaders
- Bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Manage expectations and negotiate priorities when conflicts arise
Technical Strategy
(20%)
- Partner with engineering leadership on technical approaches and architecture decisions
- Evaluate feasibility and trade-offs to inform program direction
- Facilitate technical discussions and identify opportunities for optimization
- Stay current with technology trends and best practices
Process Excellence
(10%)
- Establish program management frameworks and agile methodologies
- Drive operational efficiency through data-driven decision making
- Create and maintain program documentation
Team Development
(5%)
- Foster collaborative culture across distributed teams
- Mentor junior program managers
- Facilitate effective meetings and planning sessions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of technical program management experience in software/technology companies
- Proven track record delivering complex programs involving multiple engineering teams
- Strong technical background with ability to understand architecture and engineering trade-offs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels
- Experience with agile methodologies and modern software development practices
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification preferred
