Program Manager – Network Deployment and Data Center Experience

About the Role is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with proven Data Center Network Deployment experience for a temporary assignment.

In this role, you will support critical projects and initiatives within our infrastructure organization. This is a contingent worker position, not a full-time employment opportunity. The assignment will be based in Singapore, unless otherwise specified.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate cross-functional Network Deployment (Edge, Backbone, Data Center) projects related to new data center builds, tech modifications, upgrades, operations and infrastructure.

Develop project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive project success.

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices. - Communicate project status, issues, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.

Minimum Requirements

Experience in network engineering with a focus on deployment & support of Peering, Edge, CDN & ISP networks

Knowledge of networking routing and switching protocols (BGP, MPLS, RSVP-TE, IS-IS)

Working knowledge of network protocols (TCP/UDP, DNS) and experience with IPv4/IPv6 environments

Working knowledge of POP/Colo physical infrastructure concepts and optic types used in 10G/100G/400G networks

Ability to forecast and plan in a fast paced environment and translate the forecast into actionable deliverables with specific timelines

Being able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver against project deadlines

Demonstrated experience managing programs or projects in data center environments. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
