Role: Technical Program Manager
Job Description
- Lead and manage multiple technical programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and communicate program goals, objectives, and milestones to stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration between technical teams, ensuring a cohesive and integrated approach to program delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, vendors and other stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team
- Ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
- Manage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baselines
- Build and maintain relationships by engaging business leaders to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus and achieve objectives
- Develop and deliver progress reports, documentation and presentations to various audiences. Integrate and synthesize information across departments for efficient communication, reporting and expectation management
