The impact you'll make
As Technical Program Manager, you manage purged non-conformance material located in MRBi and clear backlog impacting warehouse and spare depots as part of daily operation. You lead cross-functional responses to resolve problems by evaluating risks to manufacturing and customer service operation. In this role you drive material recovery, as a continuation from purge containment activities, ensuring prompt movement of non-conformance to suppliers for rework and turnaround of re-stocking. Through strong technical judgement, clear communication and solution-focused mindset, you move non-conformance efficiently through logistic value chain.
What You'll Do
- Act as primary contact on purge MRBi
- Review post purge activities and routing of non-conformance material in MRBi
- Support escalation on purge MRBi and define action plan
- Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders (SE, Buyer, Logistic, Engineering)
- Prioritize purged parts for shipment to supplier from stakeholders ah-hoc requests
- Drive operation efficiency using systematic process quality tools and methodology
Minimum Qualifications
Who we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing management, or any related field with at least 8+ years of relevant experience
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply data to support decision-making.
- Excellence communication and presentation skills with strong leadership presence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the semiconductor industry or quality non-conformance operation is an advantage.
- Knowledge of TrackWise software, change and project management methodologies, and Power BI
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience in leading remote teams is an added advantage
- Demonstrate competence in structured, data-driven problem solving

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. On-site Flex you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. Virtual Flex you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
