Technical Product Manager

Are you an experienced product manager with a strong background in finance Join our client's team in driving nationwide initiatives that are focused on finance digital transformation! You will play a pivotal role in leading the roadmap for ERP implementation while ensuring alignment with their broader organizational transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines in collaboration with contracted vendors.

. Lead feature planning and prioritization processes based on user feedback, business impact, technical complexity, and regulatory compliance.

. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop product roadmaps and success metrics, regularly monitoring performance against benchmarks.

. Ensure comprehensive status reporting to senior leadership and maintain centralized project documentation.

. Evaluate and prioritize problems based on user impact, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.

. Facilitate daily scrum standups and agile ceremonies, partnering with end users to establish criteria for sprint deliverables.

. Conduct gap analyses between vendor solutions and product requirements, identifying integration challenges and potential technical debt implications.

Qualifications:

. You should have a good Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field as well as relevant certifications in Agile Scrum Master, Product Management, or equivalent recognized project/product management.

. Ideally, you should come with a minimum of 7+ years of product management experience with some exposure to Finance ERP platforms.

. Experiences with digital transformation initiatives are a must, preferably in government or highly regulated environments.

. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system functionality and excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels are crucial to the success of this role

. Any prior experiences in the financial space will be highly regarded.
