Technical Product Manager, Payment & Settlement - Digital Bank

Job Description:

• Own end-to-end delivery of payment and settlement products, from requirements validation and technical design through to launch and post-release review.

• Define detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) covering payment state transitions, fund-flow call chains, order state machines, system API dependencies, and edge-case handling.

• Oversee fund-flow closure, clearing, and settlement design in close collaboration with Finance and Operations to eliminate reconciliation discrepancies.

• Serve as the central coordination point across Engineering, QA, Operations, Compliance, AML, and external vendors to manage delivery timelines, rollout risks, and multi-iteration launches.

• Define and track key product metrics including fund reconciliation accuracy, exception resolution rate, payment success rates, and delivery efficiency.

• Analyze complex fund-flow call chains to identify transaction failure points, assess financial loss risks, and establish robust exception-handling SOPs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

• Minimum 3 years of relevant full-time working experience in a related Technology (including software/commerce/consumer technology), Fintech or consulting with experience supporting these industries

• Direct experience to payment, card, fund-flow/reconciliation, or digital banking products

• Familiarity with digital banking payment infrastructure, fund settlement flows, and clearing mechanisms is a significant advantage

• Hands-on experience leveraging automation or AI-assisted tools to improve workflow efficiency, delivery processes, or regression coverage is a significant advantage

• Strong ownership mindset, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
